DESCRIPTION
The agency seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive photography services, including architecture and real estate, event, and social media photography. Photographs must be resized and optimized for platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram, with select images delivered within the hour when needed. Photo retouching is required for internal use, and all deliverables must be presented as high-resolution digital files in various sizes without watermarks. The agency retains exclusive rights to all images, and photographers must obtain permission before using the prints for their own advertising.
Collaboration with the agency’s social media team is expected to generate engaging content ideas. The vendor should offer a password-protected, web-based cloud library for secure file sharing, storage, and access. Photographers must be able to travel to all agency properties as needed and must pass a background check and obtain an agency security badge at their own expense. All works produced will be considered works made for hire and exclusively owned by the agency. The contract will be awarded for a three-year period.
