The city seeks a qualified vendor to provide high-quality photography services for official portraits and city events on a one-year contract.

Provide on-demand professional photography services for City events, programs, and portraits.
Provide own equipment and personnel.
If offering drone services, ensure drone and related equipment are registered.
Discuss proposed locations and photo types with City staff prior to services.
Submit digital image proofs within 48 hours (or 24 hours if requested).
Send final selected images via a secure link, meeting City's crop ratio, resolution, and edit requirements.
All images shall become the sole property of the City of Temecula.
Register as a vendor with the City of Temecula.
Submit proposals on time; late proposals will be disqualified.
Upload documents in PDF format to the City's online bid management system.
Thoroughly examine and become familiar with RFP contents and be capable of performing quality work.
Sign the proposal by an official authorized to bind the firm.
Provide the number of years the firm has provided similar services.
Provide the name of the principal or project manager with direct project responsibility.
Provide resumes for all staff assigned to the project, indicating responsibilities.
Provide at least five references for similar services.
Provide at least five samples from professional portfolio demonstrating relevant work experience.
Identify outsourced services and verify sub-contractor experience, licenses, permits, and copyrights.
Identify, obtain, and provide all required licenses, permits, clearances, reports, and documents for project completion.
Provide copy of Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) contractor and subcontractor registrations if applicable.
Provide an outline of business safety record and comply with all Federal, State, and CAL OSHA laws.
Provide a list of any litigation involving the firm in the last five years.
Provide a detailed written outline of the proposed approach and timeline.
Provide a proposed fee schedule (pricing) for all services and products.
Complete the "Statement of Local Vendor Certification" if seeking local vendor preference.
Maintain a City of Temecula business license for the contract duration.
Comply with all existing State and Federal labor and public works laws, OSHA, and other applicable standards.
Procure and maintain Commercial General Liability insurance with limits no less than $1,000,000 per occurrence.
Procure and maintain Automobile Liability insurance with limits no less than $1,000,000 per accident.
Procure and maintain Workers' Compensation insurance as required by California law, with Employer's Liability insurance of no less than $1,000,000 per accident.
Insurance policies must contain a waiver of subrogation in favor of the City.
Declare and obtain approval for deductibles or self-insured retentions from the Risk Manager.
City of Temecula and related entities must be covered as additional insureds on the CGL policy.
Consultant insurance coverage shall be primary and non-contributory.
Furnish original certificates and amendatory endorsements or policy language to the City.
Maintain all required licenses for performance of services.
