DESCRIPTION
The agency is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive photography and videography services to support owned, earned, and paid media, as well as events and publications. The selected provider must be able to deliver services on less than 24-hour notice and offer same-day turnaround of publication-ready images as needed, with the exception of drone photography or videography, which may require extended approval times.
The scope of services includes supplying b-roll footage upon request or at least quarterly, delivering eight professionally edited videos annually (not exceeding four minutes each), and handling all elements of production such as editing, titling, music licensing, subtitles, and encoding. Contractors are expected to provide all images from each shoot in addition to a curated set of recommended images, and to demonstrate expertise in identifying and advising on a variety of video uses.
Additional requirements involve possessing a basic knowledge of Adobe products, including After Effects and motion graphics, and a commitment to review all images prior to delivery, removing duplicates or any photos unsuitable for use.
