DESCRIPTION
The selected vendor will provide comprehensive photography and videography services to support and produce owned, earned, and paid media, events, and publications. Services must accommodate requests with less than 24-hour notice and offer same-day turnaround of publication-ready images when required, except for drone operations which may require additional approval time. The vendor is expected to supply b-roll footage upon request or at least quarterly, focusing on areas such as terminal activity, properties, vessel discharge, ship channel activity, environmental shots, or general activities.
After each shoot, all images should be delivered along with a curated set of recommended photos. Vendors must demonstrate the ability to identify and advise on video content for various uses and possess a working knowledge of Adobe products, after effects, and motion graphics. Maintaining an offline backup library of all captured photographs is required.
A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for April 1, 2026, and all questions related to the RFP must be submitted by April 8, 2026.
