A contractor is sought to provide comprehensive maintenance, support, and technical services for a Mitel MiVoice Business Phone System, covering all related hardware, software, and integrations. Required services include maintenance and support for Mitel MiVoice Business PBX systems and associated applications, MiCollab and MiContact Center integration, as well as MiVoice Border Gateway (MBG) and Session Border Controller (SBC) configuration. The contractor will also be responsible for managing Mitel 5300 and 6900 Series IP phones, analog devices, licensing, firmware, and software updates.
Additional responsibilities involve troubleshooting voice network interfaces and SIP trunking, backing up and recovering system configurations, and supporting voicemail, hunt groups, ACD queues, and call routing. The provider must deliver both remote 24/7 technical support and on-site technician dispatches within defined SLA timeframes. System monitoring and reporting duties include analyzing logs and alarms, as well as delivering quarterly operational and performance reports.
