A managed services provider is sought to support Mitel-based phone systems located across multiple schools in Rhode Island. The selected vendor will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive managed services agreement, which includes on-call support and maintenance for the phone systems at all participating school sites.
Key requirements include a two-hour response time for service requests during business hours, as well as after-hours, holidays, and weekends. The scope of service covers both the Mitel software and associated hardware deployed within the schools. The contract will span a period of three years.
