The Madison and Tomah VA Medical Centers require comprehensive software support for their Philips patient monitoring systems, as well as integration services with the Oracle Federal Electronic Health Record (EHR) platform.
The selected vendor will be responsible for maintaining and updating the Philips patient monitoring equipment software, addressing any software defects or cybersecurity vulnerabilities, and providing remote technical assistance for connected components at both facilities. In addition to these support services, the vendor will facilitate seamless integration between the Philips systems and the Oracle Federal EHR, ensuring interoperability and efficient clinical workflows for the VA medical centers.
