DESCRIPTION

A vendor is sought to provide a pharmacy transparency tool that equips consumers with essential information regarding medication prices, including expected out-of-pocket costs, and quality metrics such as outcomes, safety, effectiveness, timeliness, efficiency, and equity. The tool should incentivize plan members to seek higher-value care and offer innovative transparency solutions adaptable to the needs of employees.

The tool is intended to operate as a standalone solution distinct from medical transparency tools already in place for the medical plan members. The organization aims to partner with a transparency vendor that can offer flexible and innovative services, enhancing the value of its pharmacy benefits for plan members.

The contract will run for two years. Vendors are encouraged to submit questions no later than March 23, 2026.
