DESCRIPTION


The government authority in Warren, New York is seeking a vendor to provide pharmacy network services for its self-insurance workers' compensation program. The selected company will offer an established pharmacy network, ensuring that participants in the county’s workers’ compensation self-insurance plan have access to comprehensive network services.

Responsibilities include supplying all necessary Workers Compensation carrier notices for agency filing, notifying third-party billers and network pharmacies that future prescriptions must be processed through the selected pharmacy vendor, and facilitating the transition to online billing for future submissions after receipt of paper bills. The vendor will also be responsible for contacting injured employees who submit paper bills from non-participating pharmacies, informing them of the requirement to use a participating network pharmacy.

The contract duration is two years. All vendor inquiries regarding this request must be submitted by March 31, 2026.
