Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
A fully customizable, cloud-based pharmacy management system (PMS) and point of sale (POS) solution is required to support comprehensive pharmacy operations and clinical services. The system should integrate seamlessly with external platforms, including Point and Click EHR via an HL7 interface, and must provide user-friendly navigation while supporting advanced prescription processing, patient care enhancement, workflow optimization, regulatory compliance, and improved financial and operational performance.
Key requirements include a real-time claim status dashboard with live claim activity monitoring, rejection flagging, and actionable resolution support for denial management. Integrated third-party reconciliation tools must be provided to align submitted claims with received payments, highlight discrepancies, and aid in audit readiness. The system should offer full customization of prescription workflow stages, perpetual inventory tracking with automated reordering, lot control, expiration management, and tools for reclaiming unclaimed prescriptions and managing inventory cycle counts.
Security features such as role-based access controls, audit trail logging, and secure data storage are essential for supporting internal reviews and third-party audits. Additionally, the solution must include a web-based communication suite offering access to medication profiles, refill requests, and secure patient messaging. Robust inventory and supply chain management, real-time integration with EHR and third-party platforms, advanced clinical intelligence, decision support tools, customizable reporting and analytics, and full regulatory compliance are also required.
Questions must be submitted by March 4, 2026, and a non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting will also be held on that date. The contract period will be for one year.
