This RFP seeks a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive pharmacy benefit management services. Services include offering best-in-class discounts and rebates, managing pharmacy networks, and implementing clinical and formulary management programs. Additional responsibilities include utilization management, efficient claims administration, fraud detection, and strict adherence to state and federal regulations.
The selected vendor will also be responsible for integration with a medical third-party administrator (TPA), dispute resolution, and maintaining high standards for customer service. A pre-proposal conference is scheduled for March 25, 2026, and all vendor questions must be submitted by March 27, 2026.
