The issuing organization is seeking a vendor to provide enhancement services for its Personnel Action (eRPA) system. The work includes system enhancements, defect corrections, classification table updates, workflow improvements, and reporting development within the existing eRPA platform.
The selected vendor will support expanded Personnel, Recruitment, and Transactions workflows while improving transparency through enhanced status tracking and reporting. The scope also includes resolving defects related to ECOS population, approver visibility, and automatic data population, with the goal of enabling the system to meet current and future agency classification, hiring, and staffing needs.
Questions are due by May 15, 2026. The anticipated contract term is one year.
