The state of Massachusetts is seeking a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution to implement a personal care attendant registry. The selected vendor will be responsible for developing and delivering a comprehensive data conversion and migration plan, which will outline the steps necessary to transfer existing data in accordance with the approved implementation schedule.
Additionally, the vendor must provide a detailed SaaS Registry Deployment and Acceptance Plan. This plan should describe the process for configuring, customizing as needed, and deploying the registry system into production across two phased implementation stages. The solution aims to ensure a smooth transition and a successful go-live of the new registry platform.
