The software should support the generation of document templates, such as letters, permits, reports, and orders, with the ability to prepopulate fields using data associated with specific files. Integration with GIS mapping (including ESRI solutions) is required, alongside the ability for municipal staff and users to access the program remotely via a mobile-friendly app. Features should include taking photos from the app and embedding them into system-generated documents, creating and managing automated user notifications, managing and automating fee calculations, and adding data while offline with automatic syncing when connectivity is restored. Compatibility with Microsoft 365 and online payment providers is also desired.
