City Of St. Louis Park
Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
The city is seeking a vendor to provide a permit and inspection management system that satisfies requirements for functionality, security, user interface, and cost-effectiveness. The chosen solution should allow for comprehensive system configuration and customization, facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), and enable seamless integration with existing third–party applications. Deployment and go–live support are expected, as well as a demonstrated history of successful implementations in permit and inspection management.
Vendors must be able to offer local or regional support and show the capability to support future integration with new systems. The system should interoperate with a variety of existing software platforms, such as ProjectDox, Laserfiche, ArcGIS, InvoiceCloud, OpenGov budgeting, JDE Enterprise, and Office365. Required functionalities include inspection of new construction and renovations for code compliance, licensing services, inspection of rental properties and homes, point-of-sale property inspections, and construction permit issuance.
