DESCRIPTION


A contract is being sought to provide perinatal mental health promotion services in Washington. The selected vendor will be responsible for developing a comprehensive work plan for the duration of the contract, detailing specific activities, intended outputs, timelines, and staff responsibilities. A key part of this effort includes offering universal expertise and educational resources on Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders through four one-hour webinars delivered in collaboration with the agency.

Additional responsibilities include providing support to communities currently involved in perinatal mental health initiatives, such as assisting with community planning, identifying training opportunities, increasing community engagement, supporting evaluation efforts, and helping to organize and facilitate Taskforce agendas and leaders. The vendor will also deliver training sessions to stakeholders and community members, facilitate peer connection opportunities for support group facilitators, 1:1 peer support program providers, and Taskforce leaders, and share resources related to ongoing funding and sustainability of perinatal mental health support groups and interventions. The contract will have a one-year term.
