DESCRIPTION

The City of Georgia is seeking vendors to provide comprehensive performing arts programming services. Services will involve the development, production, and promotion of high-quality artistic events that foster community engagement and contribute to a vibrant, diverse programming lineup. Offerors should demonstrate the ability to curate and deliver a minimum of one event, with the capacity for ongoing or multiple events under a presenting partner program. Programming must exhibit originality, artistic merit, and contribute to a balanced, cohesive creative identity aligned with the city's vision.

Key responsibilities include the development and implementation of community engagement strategies, identification of target audiences, and ensuring approaches to attract and retain a diverse range of attendees. Vendors are also responsible for all aspects of event production and program delivery, including planning, logistics, rehearsals, and live performances.

Additionally, vendors must design and execute marketing and promotional campaigns, develop consistent branding materials, manage ticketing and revenue administration, and oversee organizational, operational, and financial management for the programming initiative.
