A public agency in Virginia is seeking an experienced vendor to provide ongoing support and maintenance for its PeopleSoft applications. The engagement covers multiple PeopleSoft modules, including cash management, accounts payable and receivable, procurement, grants, contracts, asset management, project costing, billing, general ledger, query, nVision reports, and a range of external interfaces.
The selected vendor must demonstrate deep PeopleSoft expertise, delivering comprehensive technical support, maintenance, and strategic guidance. Responsibilities include providing timely break–fix resolution for both standard and custom application functions to achieve a system uptime of 99.9%. Additionally, the vendor will be expected to fulfill urgent requests for technical services related to Application Engine, PeopleCode, SQR, and Integration Broker within 48 hours.
