The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA), on behalf of the Program Executive Office for Defense Healthcare Management Systems (PEO DHMS), is preparing to issue a solicitation for Deployment Solutions. This requirement encompasses all services and materials necessary to support and execute the on-demand deployment of DHMS products and related or supporting components. Key aspects include site preparation, deployment activities, training, user adoption, change management, and comprehensive post-installation support to facilitate seamless integration and minimal disruption to existing healthcare systems.
The announcement serves as a draft Request for Proposal (RFP) for industry review and comment. Several draft artifacts are included, such as the Draft Performance Work Statement, draft contract clauses, deployment approach documentation, organizational conflict of interest declaration, and a feedback workbook for respondents. While proposals are not being accepted at this stage, stakeholders are invited to provide feedback, particularly on the draft documents. Submissions should follow the specified formatting and include clear references to documents and sections for each comment.
Organizations are encouraged to submit their feedback by the specified deadline. Responses containing proprietary information must be properly marked to ensure protection from unauthorized disclosure. Instructions are provided for indicating whether government support contractors may access proprietary information.
