DESCRIPTION


A vendor is sought to provide comprehensive pedagogical strategic master plan services. This engagement encompasses pedagogical planning and the creation of optimized strategic plans aligned with relevant educational standards. The scope includes recommendations for school test fits utilizing parametric design, as well as planning for sustainability, biophilia, and resiliency.

The selected vendor will be expected to develop implementation strategies for mass timber and hybrid construction systems, and the integration of photovoltaic technologies, including photovoltaic cladding panel facades. Additional responsibilities include formulating waste management strategies and protocols, proposing green roof and wall systems, and developing flexibility and design strategies focused on the hierarchy of spaces and finishes.

Community engagement is a key element, with a goal to identify primary needs and articulate a vision for teaching and learning through educational specification standards, as well as guiding the development of building and architectural design standards.
