DESCRIPTION
The government authority in Meriden, Connecticut is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive PC imaging and deployment services for 400 end-user PCs. The selected provider will create multiple standard and specialized images, ensuring seamless compatibility and deployment across a range of hardware configurations.
Responsibilities include deploying and configuring the Ninja One remote management tool for ongoing device management and monitoring, as well as implementing necessary Group Policies to maintain security, compliance, and consistent system configurations. The vendor will offer thorough troubleshooting and technical support during the deployment phase, and must supply an onsite staff member for a three-month period (40 hours per week) to assist with imaging, deployment, and issue resolution.
