A Texas agency is seeking a vendor to implement a unified payment gateway e-commerce management system that will streamline campus payments and bolster business automation. The desired solution should seamlessly integrate with existing campus systems, enabling users—including students, parents, and authorized users—to transition from the Howdy portal to the payment platform without additional logins or authentication steps.
The system must offer real-time visibility into all charges, payments, and refunds via both the Howdy portal and the vendor's platform. It should also provide flexible payment plan options, supporting multiple installment arrangements. Centralization of all campus payments through a single payment engine is required, with integration capabilities for both online applications and point-of-sale cashier systems.
