A Colorado college is seeking a strategic partner to manage and optimize its pay per click (PPC) advertising campaigns and analytics. The selected vendor will support the institution's marketing and communications department in advancing digital advertising, branding, and enrollment growth goals through expert PPC management and detailed analytics optimization.

The scope of work includes managing and optimizing multi-channel paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. Responsibilities involve developing campaign strategies aligned with enrollment goals, maintaining and enhancing analytics tracking and reporting systems, optimizing creative assets and landing pages for improved conversions, and providing ongoing consultation with data-driven performance insights. The vendor will be expected to conduct a comprehensive audit of existing advertising and analytics configurations, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics, evaluating campaign structures, tracking accuracy, and overall performance.

Further tasks include implementing effective naming conventions and keyword structures, configuring GA4 and tag manager for full-funnel tracking, conducting A/B and multivariate testing, and generating regular reports with ROI and KPI analysis. Vendors will provide actionable recommendations for campaign improvement, budget optimization, and the adoption of new strategies or technologies.
