Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
The agency seeks a comprehensive pavement, sidewalk, and traffic sign management solution to enhance its infrastructure asset management capabilities. The solution must support end-to-end inspection, condition data collection, data processing and analysis, and visualization through a web-based GIS application backed by a robust geospatial database.
The platform should enable active management, updating, and tracking of roadway, sidewalk, and traffic sign maintenance programs, including real-time dashboards for centralized and interactive monitoring of assets, work orders, and performance metrics. Data collection procedures will be crucial for developing a Municipal Sidewalk Condition Index (SCI), assigning a 0-100 score to each sidewalk segment based on its condition. The system should facilitate ongoing management of the sidewalk database, repair strategies, and capital planning initiatives.
Additional requirements include the ability to confirm the quality of the GIS road network, perform analysis and QA/QC on collected data, and support both current and long-term pavement management goals. The software should recommend maintenance treatments for each road segment with estimated costs, considering factors such as road type and benefit-to-cost ratios.
