The State of Ohio is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a comprehensive pavement management system for both city and county roads. The selected vendor will be responsible for supplying software or a program that facilitates effective pavement management, offering scenario development and analytical parameters essential for strategic planning.
Key responsibilities include the collection of automated pavement condition data across road networks managed by the city and county. Strict data quality control procedures must be implemented prior to and throughout the data collection phase. The vendor will be provided with GIS shape files or geodatabases identifying all road segments to be surveyed, ensuring that all collected data is accurately linked to corresponding GIS identifiers. All survey results must be delivered in a tabular format, incorporating GPS coordinates, date-time stamps, and in alignment with specific data dictionary requirements. Data should be aggregated both at block-level segments and in six-foot intervals, facilitating comprehensive analysis.
The project requires seamless integration of GIS information and timely delivery of precise survey data. The contract will span a period of three years.
