DESCRIPTION

The government authority in New York is seeking a vendor to provide expert professional services in PATH logistics planning, constructability review, and management of third-party agreements. The selected vendor will be responsible for project management of all PATH-related third-party agreements and serve as the primary point of contact with external agencies and parties seeking agreements, licenses, or rights-of-entry with PATH.

Key tasks include developing cost estimates for PATH support of third-party activities within PATH right-of-way, monitoring and tracking actual costs for reimbursement purposes, and analyzing submitted designs against best industry practices to improve construction efficiency and minimize impacts on customers and railroad operations. The vendor will conduct detailed reviews of project staging and construction schedules, assess their completeness, and identify potential conflicts involving track access rights and external stakeholders.
