DESCRIPTION


The government authority in New York is seeking a vendor to provide expert professional services in PATH logistics planning, constructability review, and management of third-party agreements. The selected vendor will be responsible for project management of all PATH-related third-party agreements and serve as the primary point of contact with external agencies and parties seeking agreements, licenses, or rights-of-entry with PATH.

Key tasks include developing cost estimates for PATH support of third-party activities within PATH right-of-way, monitoring and tracking actual costs for reimbursement purposes, and analyzing submitted designs against best industry practices to improve construction efficiency and minimize impacts on customers and railroad operations.
