The selected vendor will provide comprehensive partnership, accountability, training, and hope services to a government authority in Michigan. Responsibilities include delivering coaching and case management services such as participant engagement, orientation, assessment, and the creation of individualized service plans tailored to each individual's needs.
Staff assigned to this engagement will be required to maintain regular communication with participants, assist in addressing their employment barriers, and support their ongoing progress toward achieving economic self-sufficiency. Essential tasks also include maintaining accurate documentation, completing timely data entry, and managing electronic case files within the designated case management system.
The contract duration is set for three years, ensuring ongoing support and oversight for program participants throughout this period.
