DESCRIPTION


The selected vendor will provide comprehensive partnership, accountability, training, and hope services to a government authority in Michigan. Responsibilities include delivering coaching and case management services such as participant engagement, orientation, assessment, and the creation of individualized service plans tailored to each individual's needs.
