Parks Accommodation and Hospitality Upgrades Service

The government authority in Lucas, Kentucky is seeking a qualified vendor to provide accommodation and hospitality upgrades for park facilities. This project involves the renovation and enhancement of public spaces, guest rooms, and restrooms within the park’s accommodation facilities.

Scope of work includes selective demolition of interior finishes in visitor-facing public areas and guest rooms, while preserving and protecting existing wood paneling and the limestone fireplace. Upgrades will encompass new millwork, installation of large-format tile and carpet tile flooring, updated lighting fixtures throughout the facility, and a refreshed dining room. Guest rooms are to be outfitted with new finishes, furniture, and upgraded restroom fixtures. Additionally, public restrooms will undergo aesthetic improvements, including new finishes, fixtures, and accessories, to enhance the overall visitor experience.
