The strategy will also focus on maintaining clear fire lane accessibility and unobstructed emergency routes, considering how changes in residential density and parking congestion may affect emergency response times and vehicle maneuverability. Evaluation of parking regulations' impact on access to hydrants, driveways, and high-risk areas is also required.
