A government authority in Grand Island, Nebraska is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive maintenance and repair services for a parking ramp. The scope of work includes cleaning and flushing all floor drains, repairing all spalled areas in the floor deck, tee beam flanges, columns, and slabs, as well as replacing deteriorated concrete sidewalk sections at the rooftop level.
Additional services include repairing seal joints in concrete topping, slab-on-grade floors, elevated sidewalks, and wall joints at various locations. All noted cracks in concrete topping, elevated sidewalks, and precast walls are to be routed and sealed. The rooftop and lower levels require power washing and sealing, and removal of bird nets is also necessary. Other key repairs involve the east support block of the cable guard, securing a loose bolt in the west wall, and sealing an exposed bar.
