DESCRIPTION
The client seeks a vendor to provide a hosted, web-based parking management system that incorporates both enforcement technology and citation management. The solution must facilitate the issuance of parking tickets and permits, enable online ticket payments, generate notices, and provide robust reporting functionality. This system is intended to replace and expand upon the current setup, introducing a customer self-service portal.
The selected provider will be responsible for installation, implementation (including data migration and testing), hosting, training, ongoing maintenance, and support. The offering should be a turnkey, out-of-the-box solution requiring minimal customization and capable of seamlessly integrating with existing infrastructure. The contract will span five years.
