Parking Management System

This Request for Information (RFI) seeks vendors capable of providing comprehensive parking management systems. The desired solution should integrate key features including parking enforcement, payment processing, and permit management. The system must facilitate convenient payment options, such as Pay-by-Mobile or equivalent platforms, and provide robust mechanisms to verify paying customers.

The parking management system should support and enhance enforcement operations through functions like electronic chalking, electronic ticket delivery or automatic mailing, and the ability to import ticketing records. Enforcement personnel should be able to interface with the system via mobile application, computer, or cloud-based platforms. In addition, the system should manage parking permits and support billing for these permits on a monthly or annual basis, whether electronically or by mail. Incorporation of AI or machine-learning algorithms and specialized devices as part of the solution is preferred.
