The government authority in San Diego, California seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive parking management services. The scope includes staffing a qualified ticket booth ambassador at the exit booth for a minimum of eight hours per day, Monday through Friday. The parking facility is equipped with entry and exit stations, a credit pay station, vehicle control barriers, gates, and all necessary operations hardware and software.
The contractor will be responsible for ensuring effective utilization of equipment, adhering to security requirements, and handling parking program and revenue tracking documentation and reporting. Additional requirements include 24/7 monitoring and technical support to maintain system uptime and integrity, management of transient and special event parking, provision of software updates for parking management systems, oversight of night and weekend parking, installation and maintenance of signage and wayfinding systems, monthly parking administration, and the support of parking meters.
The initial contract period is for five years. All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted no later than April 8, 2026.
