DESCRIPTION

A government authority in Portland, Oregon seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive parking management services. The selected contractor will be responsible for managing parking areas, adhering to all policies and work rules, and ensuring proper operation and documentation of vehicles entering the lots, including service, supply, VIP, and staff vehicles. The contractor must utilize software for payment processing and vehicle exemption accounting and provide event information sheets detailing show specifics for cashiers prior to each event.

Expo management retains the exclusive right to set parking fees, make operational changes, and authorize special or reserved parking as necessary. The contractor must deliver services through uniformed, professionally trained staff, following accepted parking lot operational practices and standards. Adaptability in response to operational changes—including those driven by events, renovations, or construction projects—is expected.
