DESCRIPTION

The government authority in Ontario is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive parking lot condition assessment services for all Town parking lots. The scope includes preparing a 10-year capital rehabilitation plan and supplying all necessary engineering, planning, environmental, and multi-disciplinary services for successful project completion.

The successful vendor will develop a rehabilitation program, extend the useful life of parking lot assets, identify maintenance or rehabilitation requirements, and propose improvement opportunities for existing parking lots. All aspects of the assessment must be geared toward maintaining the parking lots in optimal condition, prolonging asset value, and highlighting any further enhancements or repairs that could benefit the Town.
