The system should feature an integrated pre-booking and reservation platform, supporting either cloud-based or on-site virtual machine hosting options. Essential system components include license plate recognition technology, browser-based application software, and QR code functionality to direct users to an online payment portal via their mobile devices.
The scope of work encompasses installation of a new PARCS, account creation and management, pre-payment capabilities for parking transactions, and robust administrative tools. These tools should allow for system management, updates to existing and new websites, adjustments to web content such as images and scripts, and customization of email communications.
