An airport agency in Colorado is seeking a qualified vendor to replace and provide ongoing servicing for its Parking Access and Revenue Control System (PARCS). The goal of this project is to modernize the agency’s parking technology in order to increase system reliability, reduce maintenance requirements, and enhance the overall customer experience for airport travelers through comprehensive automation and advanced payment features.
The selected vendor will be responsible for supplying and installing a complete PARCS solution, including all required software, software licensing, and hardware. The system should utilize proven, commercial off-the-shelf software and a commercial operating system wherever possible. Any modifications to third-party software must be fully documented. The new system must feature a browser-based management interface, allowing for efficient management, display, and reporting of all system activities as detailed in the project specifications.
