DESCRIPTION


The government authority in Parkland, Florida is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive park security network wireless installation services. This project requires the contractor to furnish and install all necessary labor, supervision, project management, permits (where applicable), materials, equipment, programming, licenses, subscriptions, mounting hardware, pathways, patch cords, optics, accessories, testing instruments, labeling, documentation, and training to deliver a fully operational security network system.

Prior to major procurement, a pre-installation field verification meeting must be conducted to confirm room conditions, pathways, conduit continuity, door/frame construction, power availability, mounting surfaces, environmental conditions, equipment elevations, and device locations. No substitutions will be allowed for video surveillance, access control, and network equipment or required subscriptions, while any substitutions for permitted items must be approved by the City Project Manager or designee.
