DESCRIPTION
The government authority in Missouri seeks a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive design services for an upcoming park project. The selected firm will conduct an in-depth evaluation of the existing site, including assessment of topography, vegetation, current infrastructure, and environmental conditions.
The scope includes finalizing the proposed layout and new amenities for the park, and outlining measures required for grading, clearing, demolition, drainage, and erosion control. The vendor will be responsible for developing detailed construction drawings, technical specifications, and bid-ready documents for the project’s first phase.
