DESCRIPTION

The government authority in Nevada is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive painting services for the exterior of a designated facility. The scope of work includes preparing all stucco surfaces by pressure washing, patching existing cracks, caulking where necessary, and masking all metal door frames, windows, light fixtures, and other fixtures prior to painting.

The exterior was originally finished with a pre-colored stucco mix, and designated areas are to be repainted with latex stucco paint as selected by the owner. Additional painting includes all metal gates, exposed structural steel, stairways, bridges, doors, frames, approximately 2,100 square feet of red curbs, 50 square feet of yellow curbs, 4 fire hydrants, 1 yellow lift gate, 20 bollard lights, 10 yellow concrete bollards, bare concrete wall areas with graffiti, all existing painted surfaces, electrical boxes, and decorative fencing. All paint colors will be selected by the owner. Questions regarding this RFP must be submitted by March 25, 2026.
