The selected vendor will be responsible for developing and managing comprehensive paid advertising media plans, as well as creating outreach materials to support the agency's campaigns. These responsibilities include designing and managing outreach campaigns in multiple languages, tailored to address various topics relevant to target audiences.
The contractor will be expected to develop, design, and deliver campaign content and related products in different languages as required. A key objective will be to educate and engage diverse target groups using a robust paid media strategy, which should encompass out-of-home advertising, radio, digital channels, and social media placements. The approach should ensure effective outreach and message delivery across all selected platforms.
