The Tippie College of Business at the University of Iowa seeks a vendor to provide paid advertising support services for its graduate and professional programs. The services required include day-to-day management and ongoing optimization of more than 25 Google ad campaigns across paid search, display, re-marketing, discovery, and video, with the goal of maximizing conversions, controlling acquisition costs, and adjusting strategies based on lead quality.
The vendor will also be responsible for implementing processes to reduce ad fraud and ensure brand safety, as well as deploying a robust testing strategy that explores all platform variables such as creative, landing pages, dayparting, and targeting. Additional responsibilities include programmatic digital media, traditional media planning and buying, paid social media, creative development, and comprehensive performance reporting. The contract will span four years, and questions regarding the RFP are to be submitted by March 9, 2026.
