DESCRIPTION
A government authority in Lacey, Washington, is seeking a vendor to provide owner’s representative and construction management services to support its comprehensive capital facilities program. Scope of services includes strategic oversight, coordination, and management support to ensure successful delivery of capital projects in alignment with operational, financial, and organizational objectives.
The contractor will manage projects such as the construction of a new Logistics Services Building and a Training Services Building. Responsibilities include maintaining a routine onsite presence during construction, handling day-to-day project coordination and management, and offering recommendations and support to the executive team.
