A government authority in Lowell, Massachusetts is seeking a vendor to provide owner's project manager services. The selected firm will manage projects during the design and repair of stage lifts, elevators, and other areas as needed. Responsibilities include representing the owner during preconstruction meetings, monitoring and participating in construction and progress meetings, and reviewing monthly contractor and architect applications for progress payments.
The project manager will also be tasked with ensuring that all building commissioning and turnover processes are completed. This contract is set for a three-year period, requiring comprehensive oversight throughout various phases of facility improvement and construction.
