The selected consultant will provide owner advisor services to a government authority in Washington. Responsibilities include facilitating meetings to encourage participation, creative thinking, and strategic consideration of alternatives. The consultant will gather, organize, and present information using preferred stakeholder methods, and prepare detailed monthly progress reports on programming, schedule, and budget status.
Additional tasks involve supporting owner collaboration, community engagement, and stakeholder presentations, as well as representing the owner throughout the strategic alignment, programming, planning, design, and construction phases of the project. The consultant is expected to ensure all project elements meet required standards, quality, budget, and schedule.
The scope covers a broad spectrum of services such as project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management. The consultant will also help develop strategies for the successful completion of projects, with specific responsibilities outlined and agreed upon during the initiation phase and documented in a responsibility matrix attached to the Program Charter.
