The selected vendor will provide on-call overhead roadway sign services, including maintenance, repair, replacement, and updating of signs. All sign faces requiring custom colors must be printed on retro-reflective vinyl using specified custom palettes, while standard MUTCD-compliant colors should also be printed on retro-reflective vinyl. Sign blanks may not contain pre-punched holes, ensuring that installation specifications can be met precisely.
