DESCRIPTION


This RFP seeks a vendor to provide a comprehensive outreach strategy service focused on statewide lead-hazard training and education in New Hampshire. The selected contractor is responsible for delivering lead-safe housing education and training to a variety of stakeholders, including municipal health and building officials, realtors, home inspectors, housing authorities, maternal and child health home visitors, and early childhood education professionals.

Key activities include developing and delivering training and outreach programs, creating a comprehensive Lead Dust Wipe Testing Technician Tool Kit, and producing a sample Compliance Inspection Report Template that meets state regulatory requirements. The contractor will also develop a Lead Dust Wipe Testing Technician Training curriculum based on adult learning principles and incorporating multiple modalities, in accordance with specific state requirements. Additionally, the vendor should create and execute an advertising campaign to promote training registration via targeted email lists, state social media accounts, and partner newsletters. All outreach, training, and expansion activities should commence after all required materials are finalized.
