DESCRIPTION

This RFP seeks a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive outreach engagement, technical assistance, and rebate administration services for the implementation of a multifamily efficient cooling program in California. Key responsibilities include engaging property owners through property owner outreach and engagement, offering technical assistance, and administering rebates to encourage participation in the program.

The selected vendor will be responsible for leading a kick-off meeting with key program staff to prepare for implementation and developing a detailed implementation plan outlining critical program design elements and operations. Targeted recruitment approaches are expected to focus on smaller multifamily properties, with a commitment to contacting at least 120 property owners annually over the contract term. The outreach plan must be developed in collaboration with Programs and Marketing & Communications teams, utilizing branded outreach materials and strategies to engage both property owners and managers, as well as associations, contractors, and local government stakeholders.
