DESCRIPTION

The client seeks a vendor to develop an outreach communications plan that effectively communicates the statewide services, resources, circulation, and benefits of their organization. The selected vendor will craft key messages and create localized pitches targeted at regional and local media outlets to showcase both local and statewide impact.

Responsibilities include recommending and producing a variety of communications collateral, such as fact sheets, infographics, videos, and web content. The vendor will also plan media-focused events in strategic markets to emphasize the organization's role as the library for the commonwealth. Additionally, the plan should include the creation of social media assets for use by statewide partners and allies, supporting efforts to highlight services and amplify messaging in anticipation of future funding discussions.

Coordination with allies and stakeholders is essential to maximize social media reach and to ensure a unified and effective outreach campaign throughout Massachusetts.
