The vendor is required to provide outreach campaign services, including the design of various outreach, sensitization, and communication tools, activities, and materials. These products will support awareness and engagement efforts as outlined in the project’s Terms of Reference, and necessitate forging key partnerships with relevant media and social media outlets for effective campaign delivery.
The campaign focuses on social media dissemination and service promotion in Tripoli and Benghazi, specifically targeting displaced populations from these cities. The selected vendor must demonstrate the capacity to manage potential increases in service demand generated by the outreach, and maintain consistent, aligned messaging surrounding waiting times, required documentation, and procedural expectations.
Additionally, the campaign must prioritize the safety and meaningful participation of women and marginalized groups, ensuring that all communication activities promote inclusivity and accessibility.
